The International Partnership Program (IPP) offered by HIP embodies our beliefs. The IPP is a true partnership program. It nurtures companies interested in and capable of developing and maintaining transaction processing and electronic cash systems within their own country/region. All projects are developed and implemented by local staff with support and guidance from HIP. Local team members are trained on the technology, business considerations, security, controls and operations involved in the complex world of transacting without cash. Employees develop close relationships with their international counterparts often at the family level. The culture of the partnership highlights each player’s value to a successful outcome creating mutual respect and benefit.

HIP gauges its success by the success of its employees, clients and users. A financial windfall at the expense of others rather than for the benefit of all is counter to HIP’s worldview.
