sector.
Founded and remains a partner
in Nobel Electronic Transfer, LLC, a full-service issuer, acquirer,
authorization and settlement center in the U.S. Nobel has a
12-year award-winning record of processing exclusively on systems
developed in-house. In addition to the core financial processing
systems, Nobel has developed and deployed products such as NobelPay
(an e-commerce gateway), NobelMerchant, NobelQuery, NobelRisk
and many others. Nobel also works closely with various corporate
entities to implement specialty payment systems including stored-value
systems for the college market.
Co-founded Tranvia, Inc., a
company specialized in authorization networks. Tranvia was the
leader in developing and deploying IP-based technology to drive
much of its terminal base. Tranvia assisted other specialty
processing companies to achieve their goals, particularly in
the stored-value and loyalty arenas. Tranvia recently sold to
Comdata, Inc., a major player in the transportation services
industry in the U.S.
Co-founded Hanover Innovative
Payment, a company dedicated to working with entities to develop
and deploy advanced payment solutions both domestically and
internationally.

Co-founded and was Vice President
of Client Services for Tranvia Inc. (a full-service transaction
processor that offers credit, debit, pre-paid and e-commerce
transaction products); hired, trained and supervised client
relationship teams; directed the creation and implementation
of marketing, operational and technical plans to ensure successful
partnerships with clients and co-developed a product implementation
guide designed to facilitate the successful execution of the
contract obligations
Responsible for identifying, acquiring
and maintaining a client base for an expanding, closed-loop
stored-value product line in the U.S. higher education market.
He planned strategic initiatives; created sales processes;
and developed tools for relationship management.
Worked as General Manager of a large retail
operation and a bond trader for European American Bank

ALEJANDRO REVILLA
Co-founded CompuService SRL in 1985.
Located in Montevideo/Uruguay. CompuService is a software
and services company that targets the retail and financial
marketplace. Its customers have included Bank Boston, Visanet,
Lloyds Bank, Banco Santander, MasterCard, American Express,
Diners Club, IBM, Hewlett-Packard as well as domestic credit,
debit and loyalty card issuers, acquirers and processors,
its systems have been deployed in thousands of applications,
ranging from POS terminals to IBM SP/2s
Developed the jPOS software and founded
the jPOS.org project in 1999. jPOS is a Java based, production
grade software that can be used to implement financial interchanges,
protocol converters, payment gateways, credit card verification
clients and servers for merchants, issuers, acquirers, processors,
etc.
Participated in the Java Community Process
JSR-182 (Jpay) expert group.
Developed jPOS-EE (Extended Edition) framework
and related consulting services.
Provides consulting, training and development
services to companies using jPOS. |
